Outside defense removed
The incriminating noble documents stripped the warehouse of its Vane guard support. The drow Weaponmaster will not be waiting inside.
The noble guard package is gone. The Weaponmaster is honoring the Vane Estate deal. Allison is dead. Unfortunately, Allison was also the password manager, patrol schedule, and trap tutorial.
Arthur “liberated” the Vane horses, discovered that liberation and herd survival were apparently separate project requirements, and turned the estate grounds into a cavalry-themed crime scene. He then locked eyes with the drow Weaponmaster: a silent, armored termination notice who recognized Arthur, honored the Vane deal, and filed the confrontation under later.
At Allison’s sanctum, hostilities began and Phor Skn immediately activated his no-fucks-given doctrine. Allison died before she could deliver passwords, patrol timing, hierarchy, or any other boring information generally considered useful before a warehouse raid.
Herbert then discovered Allison’s animated bed. Because normal attunement was apparently too dignified, he slept in the dead woman’s bed to bind the artifact. The bed accepted him. The universe did not intervene.

Allison and her testimony are gone. One defensive subsystem remains fully active and every internal password is unknown.
Herbert’s animated bed is now a growing soulbound relic, which is a sentence the campaign was always heading toward.
A lawful seizure conducted at the speed of an evidence purge.
A trade-quarter warehouse hides a corrupted Citadel node shard, route research, captives, Dark Spice work, and enough evidence to end Solivane.
The party cannot save every objective. The surviving evidence will decide which campaign road opens cleanly.
The node is failing, the cult commander is bound to it, and Solivane has arrived to burn the receipts.
